A Prophet-T8 has 16 CEM3340 VCOs, 8 CEM3372 Signal Processors, & 5 CEM3360 Dual VCAs.
The Prophet-T8 requires sixteen (16) #I-321/CEM3340 VCO ICs, 
eight (8) #I-331/CEM3372 Signal Processor ICs,
and five (5) #I-331/CEM3360 dual VCA ICs to operate.

A failure in any one of these ICs will result in a bad voice.
